So we can process and settle your claim efficiently, we need some written evidence to support your claim.
For medical claims, send us the original medical accounts and receipts (in English or translated.)
For baggage claims, send us the police report and something that proves you own the item such as a receipt.
It's hard to keep receipts for everything, so we try to be reasonable.
We will consider other forms of evidence on a case by case basis as determined by us.
If we have all the documents we need, within ten working days.
We will pay in Singapore dollars using the currency rate at the time you incurred the expense. The value of your item or expense and your maximum claim benefit determines your final claim amount.
